Jason is a midwest transplant to our state but has called Denver home for the past 12 years.  He brings forth extensive knowledge in custom home building, carpentry, and roofing.  With over 25 years of experience in the building industry.  He has been a general contractor for the past 12 years, with concentration in multi-family and home reconstruction and remodeling work.  In the fall months you will catch Jason hunting and weekends taking up his favorite outdoor activities with his Golden Retrievers!

Geoff is a Colorado Native who has a love for helping others.  His keen sense of seeing the big picture with clients' homes and multi-family/Condo Properties allows him to bring forth the ability to help when it is needed.  Geoff has been trained in Residential and Commercial Electrical and has worked in this field for the past 25 years and as a General Contractor for the past 17 years.  He also holds a CMCA certification and has extensive knowledge of Common Interest Communities and the way they are managed.  Geoff also chairs as acting Board President for his Condominium Association in Thornton.  With his love for traveling you will find him out exploring new places both around home and in new lands!

Jhonny joined our firm with the company transition from Warner Concepts in April of 2022 where he previously worked for 6 years.  He is a transplant to Denver, originally from Cancun, Mexico.  He brings along a very positive attitude to our team and an outgoing spirit who is always striving for the best.  In his off time, Jhonny plays for a sponsored co-ed soccer team or improving his home in Lakewood.

Gerry joined our team with the transition over from Warner Concepts in April of 2022 where he previously worked for the past 4 1/2 years.  He has worked in many trades including concrete finishing, bricklayer/masonry, and onsite maintenance positions for several condo properties in the metro area.  He performs nighttime light checks on our properties, bulb replacements, and minor maintenance duties for several of our clients.  He is an avid nature photographer and enjoys gardening in the summer!

Eric joined our team with the transition over from Warner Concepts in April of 2022 where he previously worked for the past 3 1/2 years.  He is a native to Colorado and a graduate of CSU.  He has extensive experience in carpentry and woodworking - he is our company woodchuck!  He brings a vibrant sense of knowledge of framing and repair work to our team.  On his off days, you will catch him hitting balls on the green!
